Since I cannot post on my challenges pages, I thought I would keep up here.

This was a great idea EP had and I am letting them become habits now which means I am a better person because of this site and I thank them from my heart.

I have contacted friends and relatives that have not been in my life for years and the random acts of kindness are wonderful although I think I get more out of helping the people than they get from my act.

I love doing these and restarted a couple hoping the more I do the more it becomes a daily habit.

My husband said that my kindness inspires him and others to also help the people who are less fortunate.

So thank you EP and please keep these up. When I figure out some of the things in my life that have to be improves. I put it as a challenge and it is helping me get some bad habits out of my life including not drnking enough water and spending unwisely.

Thanks again EP and I hope you continue these. I really love them.
